Is this an 18+ event?
Yes, 18+

What are the times?
Gates open at 3pm and the event will close at 1.00am.

Where can I get tickets?
Tickets can be purchased by clicking the Purchase Tickets or Register for pre-sale Buttons above

Can we bring our own food?
There will be plenty of gourmet food options, that cater for every dietary requirement. No need to bring food.

How do I get there?
Public transport surrounds the Park – Sydney Buses operate on both City & Parramatta Roads. Extra services will be available on the New Years Eve to service our event. Redfern is a five minute walk away, Central Station is ten minutes. If you want to ride, there’s space to park your bike, or Uber / Taxis will have plenty of room to drop you right to the gates.

Can my younger sibling come?
Sorry no, this is an 18+ event.

What happens if it rains?
The show must go on! The festival will run regardless of rain, wind or shine – unless weather conditions become extreme and dangerous and pose a serious risk to the safety of patrons and artists.

Can I bring my dog?
Animals are not permitted on the event grounds – sorry!

Are passouts allowed?
Sorry, no passouts. If you wish to leave the festival at any point, you will not be admitted back in. There will be ample supply of food and beverages (plus activities) so there should be no need to leave!

Will I be searched?
Security and staff have the right to search if they feel it is required. This may include a pat down, metal detection and bag checks. Any person not compliant will be refused entry or removed from the event without refund. This is for your safety – so play nice!

Are there ATMs on site?
Yes, there will be ATMs on site, however we suggest bringing cash to avoid the queues! You don’t want to be ‘that guy’ borrowing money.

Disabled Access?
Yes, this is an accessible location and there will be disabled toilets.

Can I get a refund?
Sorry, but under the terms and conditions of sale, no refunds will be issued unless the concert is cancelled due to force majeure or unless weather conditions become extreme and dangerous and pose a serious risk to the safety of patrons and artists.

Fireworks?
We will provide an exclusive fireworks show for our patrons to celebrate the New Year!
